How a Wingwave coaching session works

Our work starts with your personal circumstance.
We use the myostatic test, a muscle resistance test, to pinpoint the origins of the stress and determine the emotions associated with it.
Using harmonious brain stimulation techniques that mimic eye movements during REM sleep, we help your body to free itself from those stresses.
We finish by anchoring the inner resources that will support you in your life.
